Innovate · business automation and integration
Your people are not the integration.
Covi connects the business apps your teams already use, streamlines the processes between them, and automates the repetitive work, so information moves on its own instead of through someone’s copy and paste.
The gap nobody owns
Nobody owns the business apps. We do.
IT looks after devices and email. Your leaders end up running the CRM, accounting, project and HR tools themselves. Sales doesn’t talk to ops, ops doesn’t talk to finance, and neither do their apps. Covi is the go-between.
Before · the mess
After · made
Entered once. Everywhere.
What we do
Four ways we make work easier.
Connect
Connect the applications you rely on
Information moves between your apps, so nobody types it twice.
Streamline
Streamline fragmented processes
We map how work really moves, then remove the handoffs and workarounds.
Automate
Automate repetitive work
Requests, approvals and updates run on their own. People step in where judgment matters.
AI, with a plan
Put AI to work, responsibly
AI gets a defined job, approved information, and a person checking the result.
“We glue it together with spreadsheets.”
Every operations leader, at some point.
Jobs worth fixing
Where we usually start.
Closed deal to running project
Timesheets to invoices
New hire setup
Approvals and proposals
Reports built by hand
How we innovate
Plan. Find the pain. Fix what matters. Repeat.
Plan
Understand where the business is going and how work moves today.
Identify the pains
Find where time is lost and where mistakes creep in.
Prioritize outcomes
Fix the job with the biggest payoff first, and measure it.
Rinse and repeat
Then the next job worth fixing.
Questions we hear
Business automation, answered.
What is business process automation?
It’s letting your systems handle the repetitive steps people do by hand today: moving information between apps, routing approvals, sending updates and building reports.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually not. We connect the tools you already have, using proven tools, including our own platform, Bifrost.
Which apps do you work with?
Common ones include CRM, accounting, project, HR and payroll tools, and Microsoft 365.
How long does a first project take?
We start with one job worth fixing, scoped and priced up front. From discovery to measured impact, a first project typically takes 30 to 90 days, depending on its scope and complexity.
Do we have to use Covi for IT support too?
No. Innovate works on its own or alongside your current IT team. Many clients use both.
What’s the job eating your team’s week?
Tell us in a Discovery Conversation. We’ll show you what it could look like connected.
